Shipping policy

Shipping costs are $9.99 for any order of $100 and less. For an order between $100 and $149.99, delivery is offered at a cost of $6. These rates apply throughout Quebec and Ontario. 

Delivery costs $15 for the rest of Canada. 

We offer free shipping for any order of $150 and more, anywhere in Canada. 

International shipping costs are $15/pair of slippers. Customs fees ARE NOT INCLUDED in this price. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any customs fees charged upon arrival in the country. 

We also offer the option of in-person pickup in Saint-Thomas.  Simply choose this option from the delivery choices. We hold pickup orders for a maximum duration of 2 months, if the order has not been claimed during this period, it will be restocked, without a refund.
